Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and choose a username and password. Verify your mobile number via the SMS code sent to you, confirm your email and your account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or older to register.

No. 999zs strictly allows one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers or on a different device — is against the Terms and Conditions. Both accounts will be closed if duplicates are detected and any balance or winnings associated with them will be voided. If you think you may have accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately.

On the Login page, use the password recovery option and enter your registered mobile number or email. A reset code or link will be sent via SMS or email. Follow the steps to set a new password. If you no longer have access to the registered number or email address, contact in-account support with your CNIC details for identity-based recovery.

You must be at least 18 years old. By completing registration you confirm your age. Age is formally verified via your CNIC during the KYC process, which happens before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts where the holder is found to be under 18 are closed immediately and any balance is returned to the payment source where possible.

Account locks typically happen after too many incorrect password attempts. Wait a short period and try again. If it remains locked, use the password reset option on the login page. If you activated self-exclusion and the exclusion period has ended, contact support through your account (if accessible) or via the in-app chat to request reactivation. Do not attempt to register a new account during an exclusion period.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity check required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and confirm your registered payment method. Withdrawal times depend on your payment method and your VIP tier. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within a few hours once approved. Bank transfers can take one to three business days depending on your bank. Higher VIP tiers (Gold and Diamond) benefit from priority withdrawal processing. All withdrawals require completed KYC before the first one is processed.

999zs does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform side. Any fees applied by your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or card issuer — are set by that provider, not by 999zs. Check with your provider if you are unsure whether they charge for the type of transfer involved.

First, check the transaction history on your payment app (JazzCash, Easypaisa etc.) to confirm the payment went through on their side. If the payment shows as completed there but has not credited to your 999zs balance, contact support from within your account and provide the transaction reference number and amount. Most pending deposits are resolved within a short time once the reference is provided.

As a general rule, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If you need to withdraw to a different method — for example, if a JazzCash account is no longer active — contact support to discuss the options. Additional verification may be required.

In-play betting lets you place bets on a match while it is happening — not just before it starts. On 999zs, live cricket markets update over by over. Markets sometimes suspend briefly during key moments like wickets or boundary checks — this is normal and they reopen quickly.

Match abandonment rules depend on the type of bet placed. For match-winner markets, if a match is abandoned before a result is possible under the competition's rules, the bet is typically voided and the stake returned to your account. For in-play bets placed after a certain point in the match, different rules may apply depending on how much play has occurred. An accumulator (also called a parlay or combo bet) combines multiple individual selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. The odds of each selection are multiplied together, which means potential returns are much higher — but so is the difficulty of winning. If any single selection loses or is voided (due to match abandonment), the entire accumulator is lost or recalculated depending on whether the voided leg is treated as a non-runner.

Cash out availability depends on the specific market and the current state of the match. Where available, a cash out option will appear in your open bets section during a live match. The cash out value fluctuates based on current odds — it may be more or less than your original stake. Cash out is not available on all markets or all matches.
