999zs reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal for the purposes of fraud investigation, verification or where there is reason to suspect a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide relevant information.
Withdrawals from bonus balances are subject to the bonus terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the required wagering will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
All bets must be placed before the market closes. Once a bet is confirmed via the bet slip, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the cash-out feature is available for that specific market and the player elects to use it before the market settles.
Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes the PCB for domestic matches and the ICC for international fixtures. For PSL matches, the official PSL result applies. Where a result is subject to official review or appeal, settlement may be delayed pending the final confirmed outcome.
A bet will be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the stated rescheduling period. For cricket, a match abandoned due to weather with no result will typically result in void settlement on match result markets. Void bets return the original stake to the player's balance.
Live in-play bets are accepted at 999zs's discretion. Odds on in-play markets can be suspended at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. 999zs is not liable for any lag between real-world events and the display of live market prices.
Individual bet types and specific events may have maximum payout limits. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. For accumulator bets, the maximum payout applies to the combined return. Where a payout exceeds the stated limit, the return will be capped at that maximum.
In the event of a clearly incorrect price being displayed — whether due to a technical error or human error in pricing — 999zs reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and stakes returned. This applies to pre-match and live markets.
All casino games and bingo sessions on 999zs use certified random number generation (RNG). Game outcomes are independently generated and are not influenced by player history, account status or any other external factor. Published RTP figures for slot games are accurate as provided by the game developer.
For live casino games, results are determined by the physical outcome of the live dealer action (card deal, roulette spin, etc.) as captured and transmitted in real time. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will be settled based on the recorded state at the point of disconnection where data is available.
Bingo prizes are awarded in accordance with the prize structure published for each room. Jackpot prizes are triggered by full-house completion within the stated number of called numbers. If multiple players achieve the trigger condition simultaneously, the jackpot is shared equally between all qualifying cards.
Players are not permitted to use automated tools, bots or third-party software to assist with or automate play in any casino or bingo game. Any winnings generated with the assistance of such tools will be voided.

999zs reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefit structures and cashback rates at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
The following behaviours are prohibited on 999zs and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance and winnings:
Where prohibited conduct is detected, 999zs will take appropriate action which may include account closure, withholding of pending withdrawals and referral to relevant authorities where required.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being completed. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.
